Strive buys 2,500 BTC and becomes seventh-largest public holder
Strive acquired a new tranche of bitcoin, increasing its institutional holdings and changing its position among public corporate holders.

The company purchased 2,500 BTC for $185.2 mln between 23.05.2026 and 01.06.2026, paying an average of $74,092 per coin.
At the time of reporting, the market price of bitcoin was approximately $67,000, reflecting a gap between the traded average and spot quotations.
Holdings and performance
Following the acquisition, Strive holds 19,000 BTC, which places the company at 7th among publicly disclosed corporate bitcoin holders.
The firm's bitcoin reserves returned 23% since the start of April and 36.7% year-to-date, according to the company’s reporting.
Financing and other actions
The latest purchase was financed through the issuance of preferred shares under the ticker SATA, as specified by the company.
Separately, Strive filed an application to repurchase 75,000 BTC from customers affected by the Mt.Gox exchange collapse, pursuing recovery operations on their behalf.
